SHIPPING

Your online order will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Everything is printed at the time of ordering in-house so please allow time for this labor intensive process. Custom & large orders may require additional time. Shipping time within North America is usually 5-8 business days, but can be longer due to issues beyond our control (customs clearance etc). Orders can be rushed with a fee of $20 per item to have it shipped out within 1 business day. Due to the time involved with custom orders, rush fees and times may vary. Orders over $150.00 CAD will be shipped for free within North America with the carrier of our choosing. We will always choose the best shipping method to ensure you receive your products as quickly and economically as possible. For orders elsewhere in the world, we will contact you with shipping options and their respective costs.

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

Spiralus Design is not liable for improper installation of graphics, damage to graphics due to improper installation, or damage due to everyday and/or race abrasions. We use the highest quality equipment and materials to ensure superior adhesion, protection and longevity but please keep in mind that they are just graphics.

While we do not issue refunds, SPIRALUS DESIGN will happily offer an exchange for a product of equal value for any items that are not completely satisfactory, with the exception of custom designs. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the date of receipt. Packages must be returned in perfect, unopened condition. Please contact us for further information. We do not offer credit for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise. Please note all custom orders are final and may not be exchanged or returned, and will not be refunded except in the case of product defect.

If an incorrect item is shipped, we will pay the shipping charges to have the unused item returned. Upon receipt and inspection the correct item will be promptly shipped.

Be sure to purchase desired products that are also intended for your make/model/year vehicle so that incorrect items are not purchased, as these are not acceptable reasons for returns.

Custom designs and pricing are priced and quoted on a individual basis. Please contact us for more information.

Color Change only on Stock kit design is an additional $25 for each customization

COLOR MATCHING

Due to print pigment limitations, the discoloration of aging plastics and other variables, printed background color of decals may slightly vary from the color of your vehicle.

Pantone color matching available upon request.
